Blackberry passes 100,000 apps mark
BlackBerry has let us know that its BlackBerry World has just passed the 100,000 apps mark. While that number is still far from what the iOS and Android stores are offering, it's still a remarkable achievement.
In addition to the milestone, BlackBerry has also announced that some major apps have just become part of its store such as Kindle, OpenTable and Wall Street Journal. What's more, the company promises that its store will become home to titles like CNN, The Daily Show Headlines, eBay, eMusic, Maxim, MLB at Bat, MTV News, Pageonce, PGA, Skype, Soundhound and Viber in the coming weeks.
